Can I eat out or take a day to celebrate with my family?
We encourage you to live your life. Nothing is worse than having to change your whole life around something. As time goes on, that system fails. We call it the “Prodigal Son Theory”. You take a day off to celebrate and then you return to the program. Your coach will go over any details with you.

What age is best for this program?
As long as you are over 18 years of age, you can do this.
Do you accept everyone?
The program is safe for everyone. Yet, we do not accept everyone due to unrealistic goals or they’re doing it for the wrong reasons. We want to make sure you will succeed before we accept you into the program.
Do I have to go to the office?
You are always welcome to come into the office. However, if you are unable to come in because of distance or time, we can complete the entire program on the phone.
How is the weight loss accomplished ?
